If you are looking for an opportunity to join our team, our Personal Banker role might be right for you. You will be a trusted financial resource to existing and potential members by assisting with routine financial transactions at an exceptional service level. You will use a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill member financial needs, referring members to specialized departments when necessary. You are experienced with and adaptable to all Teller and Platform functions.

To thrive in this role, you should have one to three years of previous banking or related experience. This position is a mixture of excellent member service, problem solving, and education. In this role, you will identify and educate members on additional products and services the Credit Union can offer them. If you enjoy working with members, coming up with innovative solutions, and are organized and thrive on accuracy, this might be the role for you.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of Teller and Platform operations.
  • Exceptional service delivery ability.
  • Accuracy in numbers, procedural detail, processing and balancing negotiable instruments.
  • Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Personal Banker to join our Unser Branch who can work 37-40 hours per week, with open availability Monday-Saturday.
